Oostersluis Groningen - The Oostersluis is the big lock between the Van Starkenborghkanaal and Eemskanaal, the lock is on the east side of the city of Groningen, the watershed between the bosom of the Wolf and Water of the Eemskanaal. The lock is 194.80 meters long and 16 meters wide and is used daily by dozens of ships from both the commercial and recreational boating.
