Webcam Wuxi, China: Wuxi Grand Theatre

Wuxi Grand Theater, located in Binhu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, was designed by Finnish designer Pekka Saminen and is a landmark building in Wuxi City. The eight huge roofs of the building extend far out of the wall like wings, making the theater look like a butterfly. Inside the steel wings are thousands of LED lights that can change the color of the wings according to the characteristics of the performance. The building has seven floors above ground and one floor underground, and consists of the main performance hall, opera hall, comprehensive performance hall and external square.
